San Antonio. They roast a line exclusively for us. Everyday is the house coffee — good on its own, good with milk. Marshmallow, chocolate, toffee.

Also San Antonio, started by Sarah and Levi. Levi got into specialty coffee sitting in this shop in 2009, the year it opened. They give 50% of their profits to local children’s shelters. We pour several of theirs each week.
